Gorbag

Gorbag was captain of an large orc troop at Cirith Ungol. He and a small orc party entered Shelob's lair and found Frodo's paralised body. Once Frodo had been taken to the tower, Gorbag and Shagrat sifted through Frodo's belongings. Finding the shiny mithril vest, a dispute erupted between the two orcs, Gorbag saying the vest should go to the great eye, Shagrat wanting it for himself. A scuffle ensued where Gorbag was forced through a hole and tumbled down the large stone staicase. Shagrat then accused him of trechery and ordered his demise. A large fight between orcs and Uruks ensued. Shagrat escaped the tower with the vest while Gorbag was slain by Samwise Gamgee, who came to Frodo's aid.

His name, Gorbag, is derived from his disturbing habit of storing his victims' guts in large sack, which he called his "gore bag."
